Absolutely! When trying to implement multiple programs with each other, it can become quite difficult because that is when you’re going to find few to no rest days, but is definitely possible if you’re committed.
For example, if you're using the Big Arms program and the Ripped In 90 Days program, you are going to put the main focus on Big Arms by hitting the workouts every 3 days as instructed no matter what. You will be forgetting about the “Arms” day completely in the Ripped In 90 Days program and just skipping over it, then following the training regimen day by day while substituting your arm workout every 3 days. This will result in no rest days until the 6 weeks of Big Arms is complete but the results will be worth it if you do it right.
