If you used the wrong email at your time of purchase and don't have access to the email account please send us a message HERE and our customer support team will switch the email to one you can access.
If you simply would like to change your email to another email you can easily do so by following the steps below.
1. Log into your account using the login details emailed to your after your initial purchase.
2. Click the My Stuff option in the menu bar.
3. Once you reach Your Programs page click the Edit Profile button.
4. In the Email* box, change the email you want to change to the new email you will be using and save your profile.
5. Be sure you select the Save Profile button at the bottom of the page or the changes you made will not be saved.
